Description

As Regional Sales Director at Presence, you will lead a high-performing sales team to drive revenue growth in your territory. You'll manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract close, recruit and coach talent, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer success. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Requirements

  • Results-driven revenue leader with track record of achieving new logo bookings and renewal targets
  • 5+ years of sales management experience with new logo teams
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, follow through, and problem-solve
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Experience building strong pipeline to support large geographical territories

Responsibilities

  • Own regional revenue performance and exceed bookings goals for new business, renewals, and expansion
  • Set and execute regional strategy with territory and account plans
  • Lead and coach Account Executives through full sales cycle
  • Build high-performing team through recruiting, onboarding, and coaching
  • Partner cross-functionally for smooth handoffs and strong customer outcomes
