You'll be the first point of contact for inbound leads at LaunchDarkly, a leader in feature management. Your core impact is converting marketing leads into sales-ready meetings, directly accelerating revenue growth.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Respond to demo requests, pricing inquiries, and trials quickly
- Qualify inbound prospects and schedule meetings with Account Executives
- Execute call, LinkedIn, and email campaigns to convert leads
- Track daily metrics and pipeline in Salesforce
๐ Requirements
- Self-starter mentality with persistence
- Excellent communication skills for phone and email
- Organized with ability to manage multiple lead types
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, or Outreach
- Prior sales or customer-facing experience
- Track record of exceeding quotas
