💼 About This Role

You'll handle data center support requests and perform on-going maintenance on servers and network equipment. You'll proactively identify issues to improve efficiency and collaborate with engineering teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Install and maintain servers and network equipment including rack and stack and cabling.
• Respond to reported server, network, and infrastructure issues.
• Run hardware diagnostics and replace failing parts.
• Maintain detailed documentation of infrastructure and spare parts inventory.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a datacenter as a technician or similar role.
• Experience with large scale network and server deployments.
• Firm understanding of GPU hardware and liquid cooled rack solutions.
• Firm understanding of servers, network equipment, and datacenter facility services.
