💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary financial partner to Product and Engineering, driving annual integrated planning and strategic initiatives. Your core impact will be translating product roadmap strategy into operational plans and prioritizing R&D investments. This role offers high visibility and collaboration with senior leadership, shaping how we invest and grow.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as primary finance business partner to Product and Engineering organizations
• Drive annual budget process for R&D and cloud hosting (COGS)
• Conduct monthly variance analysis and translate findings into recommendations
• Build product-level P&L reporting for unit economics and investment efficiency

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of finance experience including FP&A or finance/operations
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Communication skills in verbal presentations and written memos
• Relationship and collaboration capabilities at senior leadership level

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience within a SaaS business model and global company
• Proficiency in Pigment or Adaptive planning systems
• CPA, CFA, or CBV designation
