You'll define and scale Professional Services growth strategies for PagerDuty, driving organizational excellence and measurable customer outcomes. You'll architect repeatable engagement models and partner with leadership to align services with market needs. This role owns the evolution of our services go-to-market motion, building go-to-market strategies and driving portfolio-level growth.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Execute multi-threaded Professional Services strategies within strategic accounts.
- Lead discovery to map business-critical pains to differentiated service offerings.
- Architect account strategies with Account Executives and CSMs.
- Maintain accurate opportunity data and forecasts in CRM.
📋 Requirements
- 8+ years in Professional Services sales or services leadership in SaaS.
- Proven track record of defining go-to-market strategies and building service offerings.
- Deep expertise in consultative selling and multi-threaded relationship building.
