💼 About This Role

You'll support newly arrived refugees through case management, connecting them to housing, healthcare, and employment. You'll collaborate with volunteers and community partners to deliver core services and empower families toward self-sufficiency. This role is with World Relief, a Christian humanitarian organization, and requires cultural sensitivity and a valid driver's license.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct intake interviews and ongoing assessments of client needs.
• Develop and implement service plans to overcome barriers.
• Facilitate referrals for housing, healthcare, education, and employment.
• Maintain accurate case notes and reporting documentation.

📋 Requirements

• Mature personal Christian faith aligned with World Relief's mission.
• First-hand experience with the refugee experience.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and internet tools.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check.
