You'll develop and coordinate the Activities Program for seniors at WelbeHealth, creating personalized plans to meet social and therapeutic needs. Your core impact is ensuring participant engagement through innovative activities and outings. This role offers a chance to design programs in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct engagement assessments and develop participant care plans
• Develop and implement a comprehensive Engagement Program
• Supervise activities for enjoyment, appropriateness, and safety
• Post monthly calendar of Engagement schedule

📋 Requirements

• Activity Professional Certification required
• Two years of experience in a social recreational or educational program
• One year full-time in an activities program in a health care setting
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire
