🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a group of Pre-Sale Coordinators and provide day-to-day guidance
• Oversee complex consignment terms entry into SAP and auction platform
• Partner with Specialist Departments on issue resolution and escalations
• Collaborate with Product Technology teams on system improvements

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 3–5 years in management, operations, or logistics
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Previous Pre-Sale Coordinator experience at an auction house
• Working knowledge of Sotheby's systems and sale administration
