Description

As a Scholar Engagement Associate at Chime Scholars Foundation, you will be the primary point of contact for current scholars, cultivating a supportive community and coordinating engagement activities. You'll also manage renewal scholarship operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the application cycle. Your work directly supports first-generation college students in feeling seen and set up for success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-2 years experience in community engagement or scholarship administration
• Experience with Google Suite and CRM (Salesforce preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Chime Scholar preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for scholars via email, SMS, surveys
• Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person scholar events
• Maintain and moderate CSF LinkedIn group
• Support end-to-end renewal scholarship cycle including application setup and deadline tracking
• Maintain accurate scholar data in Salesforce
