You'll design and own the go-to-market operations framework for a fast-growing GovTech company, unifying sales, professional services, customer success, and marketing. You'll drive predictable revenue growth through analytics, reporting, and strategic planning. You'll report to the Head of Finance and partner with executive leadership.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage pipeline integrity and forecasting with stage definitions and hygiene standards
- Design territory and segment models for comprehensive coverage
- Own GTM systems: Fathom, HubSpot, Teamwork, Pursuit
- Administer quota and compensation plans across all revenue functions
๐ Requirements
- 6+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or related GTM functions
- B2B SaaS experience selling to mid-market or enterprise
- Deep HubSpot administration expertise and BI fluency
- Track record of forecasting and reporting for leadership or Board
