  • Proactively manage relationships with a portfolio of customers.
  • Conduct enablement sessions, product demos, and escalation calls.
  • Manage customer escalations and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to understand customer needs.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to improve customer engagement.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or quota-carrying role.
  • Proven track record managing multiple customer relationships.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to leverage data for insights.

  • Experience with Zendesk, Asana, Notion, and Slack.
  • Experience in HR industry and multi-country employment practices.
