๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Proactively manage relationships with a portfolio of customers.
- Conduct enablement sessions, product demos, and escalation calls.
- Manage customer escalations and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Utilize data-driven insights to understand customer needs.
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve customer engagement.
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or quota-carrying role.
- Proven track record managing multiple customer relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Analytical mindset with ability to leverage data for insights.

- Experience with Zendesk, Asana, Notion, and Slack.
- Experience in HR industry and multi-country employment practices.
