Description

You will manage a patient panel with a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits in-office and via telehealth, collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams, and have opportunities to perform in-office procedures and supervise NP/PA colleagues.

Requirements

• Enrolled in or completed accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency
• At least 2 of last 5 years in outpatient primary care
• Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine (or Board Eligible with plan to certify within 1 year)
• State licensed in Washington
• Passion for human-centered primary care and proficiency with technology

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office, testing centers, and via telehealth
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds
• Collaborating with in-office and virtual clinical teams
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues
