🎯 What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to recruit patients for clinical trials.
• Respond to inbound patient inquiries within 24-48 hours.
• Complete pre-screening checklists and schedule appointments.
• Maintain patient records in CTM and other databases.

📋 Requirements

• Telecommunications or call center experience.
• Customer service etiquette with strong phone presence.
• Comfortable with medical terminology.
• Proficient in basic data entry using a computer.
