You'll own and build the employer product line end-to-end at a fast-growing fertility benefits startup. This is a zero-to-one GM role where you'll define strategy, ship product, and drive revenue impact in partnership with sales, engineering, and ops. You'll have unusually high autonomy and visibility with top-tier investors backing you.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Define long-term employer product strategy and roadmap
  • Own end-to-end employer and employee experience from sales to enrollment
  • Drive revenue and unit economics through pricing and margin improvements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Ops, Engineering, and Legal

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5-10 years of B2B product or growth experience in fast-paced startups
  • Built or worked on an employer healthcare product before
  • Care about revenue and margin, not just UX polish
  • Able to go from whiteboard to SQL to customer call to Figma to pricing model in the same week

  • Owned revenue targets before
  • Experience in fertility, family-building, or HRA administration
