Description

In this role, you will develop and operationalize go-to-market strategies to expand access to Charlie Health's virtual behavioral health treatment. You'll build relationships with clinical partners in your local community, lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers, and cement community partnerships to connect people to life-saving care.

Requirements

• Based in South Jersey, NJ area
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience
• Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation and valid driver's license 4-5 days/week
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Create and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Lead in-person meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and address barriers to treatment
• Design strategies to support and engage referral partners across channels
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
