💼 About This Role

You'll provide home health visits to adult and geriatric patients in Pitt, Craven, and Beaufort counties. You'll perform evaluations and develop treatment plans to help clients improve speech, language, communication, and swallowing. You'll work as part of a multi-disciplinary team using a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet for documentation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Perform evaluations to assess speech, language, and swallowing difficulties.
• Develop and revise treatment plans based on evaluations and physician orders.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care and activities.

📋 Requirements

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in North Carolina.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech from ASHA or equivalent.
• Solid computer skills.
