You'll lead a team of Enterprise Client Success Managers responsible for Array's most strategic accounts. You'll own retention, expansion, and measurable client impact across $10M+ ARR relationships. This role offers the chance to scale client success systems and drive durable growth in a fast-growing fintech.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead, hire, and develop a high-performing team of ECSMs
  • Define enterprise client success strategy, segmentation, and engagement models
  • Oversee client health, retention, and expansion across $10M+ ARR relationships
  • Build executive-level relationships and act as strategic advisor for key partnerships

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ years in B2B/B2B2C client success or account management
  • 5+ years leading teams managing enterprise accounts
  • Proven track record owning $25M+ ARR client portfolios
  • Deep experience driving revenue through expansion strategies
