• Develop and execute country strategy including sales and hiring
• Lead interactions with top 30 strategic accounts in B2B market
• Hire founding country team for sales and implementations
• Define event priorities and brand awareness investments

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years leading teams and complex projects
• Background in consulting and sales
• Deep expertise deploying technical products to enterprises
• Native speaker of local language (Belgian Dutch/French)
