You'll drive enterprise sales growth for a cybersecurity solutions company, leading a team of top-performing account executives. You'll own regional revenue performance and shape go-to-market strategy. This role offers high autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives
- Own full regional P&L responsibility, including revenue forecasting and territory planning
- Drive enterprise sales execution using structured methodologies like MEDDICC
- Establish trusted executive-level relationships with CISOs and senior stakeholders
๐ Requirements
- Enterprise SaaS sales leadership experience with at least 1+ year in a management role
- Track record of leading teams through complex, long-cycle deals (6-9 months)
- Expertise in enterprise sales methodologies such as Command of the Message and MEDDICC
- Experience selling into C-level stakeholders, particularly CISOs or CIOs
