Description

As a Culinary Aide / Wait Staff, you will prepare and serve quality meals to residents, guests, and employees in a retirement community. You'll work under sanitary conditions and provide excellent customer service while supporting the nursing team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 0-2 years food service experience in long-term care preferred
• Must have good attendance and customer service skills
• Ability to work with nursing department and follow infection control

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up menu items according to standards
• Serve hot and cold food items accurately on tray line
• Restock cafeteria and serve meals courteously
• Scrape trays, load/unload dish machine, hand wash pots
• Maintain kitchen sanitation and handle chemicals safely
