You'll join Smarsh's Global Technical Support team to provide industry-best service to customers and partners in regulated industries. You'll solve complex software and system issues, develop expertise in assigned products, and drive high customer satisfaction. This role stands out with its focus on SaaS and Enterprise support and root cause analysis.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Diagnose and resolve complex software and system issues
  • Handle customer cases via phone, web, and community
  • Escalate cases based on customer business impact
  • Develop deep expertise as SME for assigned technologies

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3 years in a support delivery role or equivalent experience
  • Deep IT, networking, database or SaaS/Cloud support experience
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft apps, JIRA/Confluence
  • Expert level diagnosis and problem-solving abilities

โœจ Nice to Have

  • On-premise support experience
  • Industry certifications in Windows, Linux, RDBMS, or AWS
