💼 About This Role

You'll own and execute the organic social media calendar, manage email campaigns, and support SEO. You'll work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager to build Bluelight's marketing team from scratch. This is a fully remote role based in the Philippines with flexible working hours.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and execute the organic social media calendar
• Set up and optimize email marketing campaigns and workflows
• Support on-page SEO with metadata, internal linking, and keyword tracking
• Coordinate content production with freelance writers and UX/UI designers

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of hands-on digital marketing or growth role experience
• Proven experience managing organic social channels
• Solid understanding of email marketing segmentation and automation
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and on-page optimization

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Analytics 4 and/or Looker Studio
• Working knowledge of HubSpot CRM or Marketing Hub
• Familiarity with project management tools like Notion or Asana
