You'll implement Playworks' play-based programs at a Somerville school, fostering inclusive recess and youth leadership. You'll create a fun, active environment for every child to build skills and connect. This role offers comprehensive training and career growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• **Lead recess games** and ensure inclusive participation
• **Teach** students games that promote cooperation and physical activity
• **Mentor** Junior Coaches in leadership and conflict resolution
• **Communicate** with school staff and families

📋 Requirements

• Pass background checks (NSOPR, state, FBI)
• Complete TB test and CPR/First Aid certification upon hire
• Have reliable transportation to Somerville school
• Willingness to actively participate in games
