You'll drive business operations through data-driven insights at FINN, a car subscription platform. Using advanced analytics, you'll uncover trends and forecast outcomes to validate strategic decisions, with the flexibility to work hybrid in Munich or remotely in Germany.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead advanced analysis of Operations data to uncover actionable insights
• Own semantics and standardize Operations data terminology
• Transform data into dashboards, reports, and data stories
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance data processes

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in a quantitative field
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics with Operations focus
• Advanced SQL modeling with dbt
• Proficiency in data visualization with Looker or similar BI tool
• Proficiency in statistical analysis

• Python skills with willingness to learn
• Fluent in English
• German is a plus
