💼 About This Role

You'll oversee the end-to-end onboarding queue for a leading trading platform, ensuring cases are reviewed accurately and SLAs are met. Your core impact is to lead a team through rotating shifts and resolve complex KYC/AML cases. This role stands out for its direct collaboration with compliance teams under multiple regulatory frameworks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee end-to-end onboarding queue and ensure SLA adherence.
• Review complex KYC/AML cases including document verification and sanctions.
• Lead and coach a team of onboarding analysts across rotating shifts.
• Track team KPIs and manage QA feedback loop for root cause resolution.

📋 Requirements

• Financial services experience in banking, fintech, or regulated brokerage.
• Hands-on KYC/AML decision-making exposure in client onboarding.
• Strong knowledge of KYC requirements under a major regulatory framework.
• Experience leading or supervising operational teams.
