You'll lead a team of engineers building Mimir, a cloud-native metrics database powering Grafana Cloud's observability platform. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage, hire, and develop a team of engineers
• Provide regular feedback and career development support
• Act as project manager, defining and updating product roadmap
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration and remove blockers

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Experience with Go or similar systems language
• Strong understanding of distributed systems
