🎯 What You'll Do

• Define medical affairs strategy and goals for the Americas.
• Oversee operations, budget, and tactical execution of medical affairs.
• Lead scientific engagement with key opinion leaders and healthcare providers.
• Support clinical trial recruitment strategies for Ph1-Ph4 registrational trials.

📋 Requirements

• Advanced scientific or medical degree (PharmD, PhD, MD).
• 10+ years in biotech, pharma or related areas.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
