You'll join a fast-growing FinTech scale-up, enhancing customer satisfaction for French-speaking clients. You'll handle 30-50 daily requests via chat, solving technical and usage issues. This role offers career growth in a hybrid Lisbon office.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Monitor customer requests through online chat
- Qualify and prioritize requests for efficient handling
- Support and train various users on platform usage
- Manage daily relationships to reduce churn
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in management, finance, or accounting
- Excellent level of French for business conversations
- Experience in B2B customer relations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines

- Interest in finance or cash management
- Experience with CRM or ticketing tools
