  • Monitor customer requests through online chat
  • Qualify and prioritize requests for efficient handling
  • Support and train various users on platform usage
  • Manage daily relationships to reduce churn

  • Bachelor's degree in management, finance, or accounting
  • Excellent level of French for business conversations
  • Experience in B2B customer relations
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
