🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement process improvements for Legal operations.
• Manage legal spend, accruals, budgeting, and invoice review.
• Administer legal technology tools and build dashboards.
• Coordinate patent renewals, insurance renewals, and entity administration.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in legal operations, billing, or related role.
• Experience with matter management and e-billing platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Familiarity with corporate governance operations.
• Experience with entity management systems like GEMS.
• Knowledge of patent renewal and insurance processes.
