You'll lead AI transformation and organizational intelligence in the Office of the CEO, partnering with Product and Engineering to redesign workflows and scale Maven's platform. Your core impact will be making the AI-native path the path of least resistance across every team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is living in the AI-native world and ready to operate above their title.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead AI transformation and organizational intelligence initiatives
• Build and maintain internal knowledge management infrastructure for AI agents
• Identify high-leverage opportunities for AI across clinical, sales, and product teams
• Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives with clear milestones and outcomes

📋 Requirements

• 4-7 years experience in strategy, operations, or high-growth tech
• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives across teams you don't manage
• Exceptional written communication for clear documents and executive memos
• Analytical with experience using data, models, and dashboards
