• Design ML models for real-time recommendation and pricing algorithms.
• Build reward structures and user-incentive systems with uplift modeling.
• Lead experimentation including causal impact estimation and MMM.
• Partner with engineering to refine data stack and system architecture.

📋 Requirements

• Experience building and deploying ML models in a product-driven environment.
• Expertise in data engineering workflows and tools like DBT, Airflow, K8s, Terraform.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP.
