💼 About This Role

You'll lead delivery for the NGC2 program as Striveworks' primary presence at a US Army Division HQ, owning customer relationships, growth, and execution. Your core impact is ensuring mission-critical AI systems are deployed effectively and operational problems are diagnosed before the customer names them. This role stands out for its full ownership and autonomy in a defense-tech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own relationships with stakeholders from end users to Division leadership
• Drive growth by identifying expansion opportunities and competitive threats
• Define success by diagnosing operational problems before they are named
• Bridge technical gap between field needs and engineering actionable inputs
• Execute roadmap synchronizing delivery with milestones and operational calendar

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 4–6+ years of military operations at Division level or higher
• Planning and directing complex multi-stakeholder project activities
• Building trust with senior military and civilian stakeholders
• Active Secret (or above) US security clearance and US citizenship
