You'll serve as a strategic talent partner to senior leaders, driving hiring strategies that align with company objectives during rapid growth. You'll own full-cycle recruiting for complex business roles across revenue, strategy, and operations. This role offers the chance to help scale a generational company reshaping professional services with AI.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Partner with senior leaders on hiring plans and data-driven recruiting strategies.
- Own full-cycle recruiting for high-impact business roles across revenue, strategy, and operations.
- Proactively source and engage passive talent through creative outreach strategies.
- Lead calibrated screening and structured interview processes to maintain high hiring standards.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
- Experience hiring for multiple business-side functions (GTM, G&A, operations).
- Proven track record in building diverse candidate pipelines through sourcing strategies.

- Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members.
- Experience implementing or optimizing recruiting systems and processes.
- Familiarity with Ashby, Gem, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace.
