You'll own full-cycle recruiting for complex business roles across revenue, strategy, and operations.   • Partner with senior leaders on hiring plans and data-driven recruiting strategies.
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for high-impact business roles across revenue, strategy, and operations.
  • Proactively source and engage passive talent through creative outreach strategies.
  • Lead calibrated screening and structured interview processes to maintain high hiring standards.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
  • Experience hiring for multiple business-side functions (GTM, G&A, operations).
  • Proven track record in building diverse candidate pipelines through sourcing strategies.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members.
  • Experience implementing or optimizing recruiting systems and processes.
  • Familiarity with Ashby, Gem, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace.
