You will step into mixed-age Montessori classrooms (ages 0–6) on an on-call, as-needed basis to support children and maintain consistency. Your role involves assisting with daily routines, helping create a warm and engaging environment, and collaborating with staff to ensure smooth transitions.

Requirements

Negative TB test within the last 12 months
Valid state background check
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Warm, friendly, and dependable demeanor
Passion for working with young children

Responsibilities
