💼 About This Role

You'll support origination and execution of onshore and offshore private credit transactions at XP Inc., a leading Brazilian financial institution. Your work will directly scale the structured credit platform and drive international expansion. This role offers exposure to the full deal lifecycle from underwriting to distribution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Screen borrowers and prepare marketing materials for credit origination.
• Build financial models and perform detailed credit analyses.
• Assist in structuring debt terms, covenants, and collateral packages.
• Coordinate execution, diligence, and documentation with legal teams.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Engineering.
• 1–3 years experience in credit, leveraged finance, or investment banking.
• Financial modeling and cash flow analysis skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with credit committees and syndication processes.
• Knowledge of loan documentation and collateral structures.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Spanish a plus.
