💼 About This Role

You'll own user acquisition, activation, and retention strategies for Navan's AI-powered travel concierge. Your experiments will shape how travelers experience intelligent trip management. Work directly with the Head of Product Growth to build scalable growth loops.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute high-velocity A/B tests across the user journey
• Manage product flows to reduce signup friction and drive activation
• Develop AI-driven lifecycle triggers for re-engagement
• Identify and build in-product growth levers like referral programs

📋 Requirements

• 4–7+ years in Product Growth or related role
• Proven track record improving North Star metrics in B2C SaaS
• Familiarity with LLMs and personalization engines
• Expertise in growth tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Braze
