💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the Global Process Owner for Procure-to-Pay operations, driving enterprise-wide P2P modernization and leading transformation initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of Global Business Services through automation and system implementation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and implement global P2P standards and governance frameworks
• Drive automation, process redesign, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead implementation and optimization of Source-to-Pay platforms
• Partner with stakeholders to align priorities and support change management

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in Finance, Procurement, Shared Services, or GBS
• 3+ years of leadership in transformation programs
• Expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration

✨ Nice to Have

• Lean or Six Sigma certification
• MBA or advanced degree
• Coupa or similar Source-to-Pay platform experience
