Description
As a Sales Operations Specialist on the Revenue Operations team, you will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive business improvements and revenue growth. You will translate data into compelling narratives, build predictive models, and proactively identify opportunities to influence strategic decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM analytics in SaaS/tech
- Proven stakeholder management with Sales, Marketing, CS leaders
- Track record of driving business improvements through data
- Strong SQL skills; Python a plus
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
Responsibilities
- Partner with GTM leaders to surface insights and recommend actions
- Translate business questions into narratives and visual insights
- Develop predictive models and forecasting frameworks
- Build forward-looking dashboards for proactive decision-making
- Identify data gaps and contribute to data governance practices
