Description

As an Operations Associate, you will drive profitability and efficiency by managing inventory processes, supporting shipment and replenishment, and maintaining visual standards. You'll work closely with the Operations Visual Management team to optimize store operations and ensure a safe, efficient environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process gaps
• Support shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, and sales floor replenishment
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor
• Support stockroom standards and safe work environment
