You will partner with business leaders and employees to drive HR initiatives including employee relations, performance management, and talent development, ensuring a positive culture and supporting Cialfo's mission of accessible education.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate performance review sessions and coach leaders on managing performance and feedback.
• Manage employee life cycle from onboarding to career transitions for excellent employee experience.
• Analyze trends and metrics to develop HR solutions and policies.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations.
• Provide guidance on OKRs, restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning.
