Responsibilities
- Facilitate performance review sessions and coach leaders on managing performance and feedback.
- Manage employee life cycle from onboarding to career transitions for excellent employee experience.
- Analyze trends and metrics to develop HR solutions and policies.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations.
- Provide guidance on OKRs, restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning.
