As an Operations Associate at ALO, you will drive store efficiency and profitability by managing inventory processes, improving accuracy, and supporting visual standards. You'll handle shipment, replenishment, and back-of-house operations to ensure a seamless retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory issues, partnering with General Manager
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, and floor replenishment
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor
• Ensure safe and efficient stockroom operations
