💼 About This Role

You'll provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to a pediatric client with a rare metabolic disorder in their home. You'll build meaningful relationships and watch client milestones while performing assessments and documenting care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations

📋 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• A current nursing license in good standing in Pennsylvania
• Willingness to learn g-tube care with continuous feeds
