You'll become the strategic legal architect at Playson, converting regulatory complexity into competitive edge. You'll spearhead jurisdictional due diligence and draft high-stakes commercial agreements across licensed markets. You'll also advise C-level leaders on governance and risk mitigation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead jurisdictional due diligence programs across licensed markets
• Draft, negotiate, and close complex commercial agreements
• Architect corporate-governance frameworks and advise leadership
• Partner with Compliance, Product, and Business verticals

📋 Requirements

• LLB or LLM (or equivalent)
• 3+ years PQE including 2+ years in iGaming
• Proven ability to navigate multi-jurisdictional frameworks
• Excellence in contract drafting and negotiation

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with online gambling regulations
• Familiarity with EU data protection laws
• Previous in-house counsel experience
