You'll lead a newly unified team of Sales Support Specialists across the Americas, centralizing and optimizing the function for standardized execution and equitable resource distribution. You'll build a data-driven culture to optimize sales processes and create efficiencies, transforming how Twilio supports complex sales cycles.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage and lead a regional team of Sales Support Specialists.
  • Standardize regional playbooks for tasks, tickets, and deal workflows.
  • Analyze team utilization and performance metrics for data-driven resourcing.
  • Optimize Sales Support Specialist to Account Executive alignment for high-priority deals.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations in SaaS.
  • 2+ years of direct people management experience with coaching focus.
  • Salesforce proficiency and experience with CPQ workflows and deal desk mechanics.
  • Analytical skills to track team capacity, SLAs, and utilization rates.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience managing remote teams across North America and Latin America.
  • Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese.
  • Direct Sales experience as an Account Executive.
