You'll act as the primary point of contact for strategic enterprise accounts, driving expansion and retention. You'll leverage MongoDB's ecosystem to build pipeline and lead renewal processes while ensuring customers achieve value realization through enablement sessions and business reviews.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Act as strategic advisor to customers aligning MongoDB initiatives with corporate strategy
- Build pipeline through targeted customer interactions and collaborative discovery
- Lead sales and renewal process from pricing to deal closure and implementation
- Drive value realization ensuring clients use all features and gain tangible business outcomes
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years of quota-carrying experience in Sales or Account Management
- 3+ years of quota-carrying experience in a similar role
- 3+ years working experience in Middle East market
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets including expansion/upsell and renewal/retention

- Prior exposure to database, cloud and infrastructure technology
- Native Arabic speaker
