Requirements

• Certified as real estate loan broker (Sachkunde §34i GewO) or equivalent (bank/real estate apprenticeship, IHK exam)
• Several years of experience in mortgage advisory
• Strong phone advisory and communication skills
• Passion for real estate and finance topics
• Native-level German

• Structured sales: needs analysis, financing models, objection handling
• End-to-end client guidance from initial contact to closing with partner bank
• Close collaboration with bank partners for efficient processing
