💼 About This Role

You'll drive the evolution of Everpure's go-to-market engine by architecting and scaling our Customer Data Platform (CDP) strategy. Your core impact will maximize global revenue and transform fragmented data into high-performance audience intelligence. This role acts as a strategic bridge between Marketing, IT, and Data Engineering.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical design and integration of composable CDP (e.g., Hightouch) with Snowflake, Salesforce, Marketo.
• Author marketing data roadmap, establish data quality frameworks and KPIs.
• Operationalize customer journeys via identity resolution and propensity-to-buy modeling.
• Collaborate with Revenue Ops, BI, and Finance to ensure data integrity across GTM systems.

📋 Requirements

• Expert CDP architecture and MarTech infrastructure (Salesforce, Marketo, Snowflake) in global B2B.
• Advanced data strategy including identity resolution and segmentation.
• Cross-functional leadership ability with senior technical and business stakeholders.
• Analytical problem solving in marketing analytics and data governance.
