Tech Stack

Description

You'll build key components of our agentic platform, including agentic search and discovery subagents and high-scale, permissions-aware indexing systems. You'll experiment with new agentic techniques, design scalable search and indexing pipelines, and work at the cutting edge of production AI applications deployed to real customers.

Requirements

• Experience building and measuring high quality search and recommendation systems
• Experience getting AI/ML capabilities into production and serving real users
• Enthusiasm for applications of AI to real business problems
• Understanding of core MLOps/SW architecture concepts for modern ML-based applications
• Comfortable working in both Python and JS/TS (strong in at least one, openness to both)

Responsibilities

• Experimenting with new agentic techniques for search, discovery, and context management
• Designing and implementing architecture for scalable search and indexing pipelines
• Working at the cutting edge of production AI applications deployed to real customers
• Running experiments, fine-tuning models, and deploying AI infrastructure
• Building and maintaining experimentation tooling
