Description

As an Applied AI Value Engineer at Celonis, you will work with strategic customers to solve mission-critical problems using AI and Celonis' Process Intelligence platform. You'll prototype solutions, demonstrate value to executives, and ensure successful implementation and adoption.

Requirements

• 4+ years leading technical pre-sales, including AI roadmaps, ROI/TCO business cases, and AI prototyping
• Understanding of generative AI techniques (RAG, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, etc.)
• Understanding of business processes across sectors (e.g., Supply Chain, Finance)
• Good knowledge of Python and common ML libraries (LangChain, pandas, sklearn, PyTorch)
• Strong presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Understand customers' AI strategy and business challenges, translating requirements into AI solutions
• Rapidly build creative AI prototypes in customer hackathons
• Support customers in achieving ROI from AI deployments using Celonis Process Intelligence Platform
• End-to-end execution of Proof-of-Value projects, including architecture of secure LLM/agent systems
• Specialize in domains or industries to scale knowledge across the organization
