💼 About This Role

You'll manage the delivery of ClearBank's employee relations approach, ensuring processes are fair and aligned with culture. You'll provide case guidance and build manager capability. This role focuses on proactive ER practices and improving employee experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise managers on performance, disciplinary, and grievance cases
• Develop and maintain ER policies and toolkits
• Deliver training and coaching to managers on ER issues
• Monitor ER case trends and provide regular reporting

📋 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of UK employment law
• Experience managing ER cases including performance and disciplinary
• Exposure to data-driven ER reporting and analysis
• Ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at different levels
